Enigma Maths Hub aim to have a representation from across our region and the different phases of our work. We are supported by a Strategic Board whose key role is to provide strategic advice, challenge and support to the Maths Hub Leadership.

Paul is in his sixteenth year as a school leader, and has been the head at Caroline Haslett for the past eight years. His school adopted the teaching for mastery approach in 2015, and he became the Enigma Hub's Headteacher Advocate in 2020.

Judith Lovely is currently Head of Service for School Improvement at Beford Borough Council. 
Prior to this she has held a number of senior leadership posts within local authority and school settings and has 20 years teaching experience in Secondary, Middle and Primary settings in Birmingham, Milton Keynes, Central Bedfordshire and Bedford Borough.

Nick has taught maths for over 30 years. As well as teaching KS3, 4 and 5 he was also a maths consultant as part of the government’s numeracy strategy and a school improvement advisor for the local authority. Nick is currently the Principal of Samuel Whitbread Academy in Bedfordshire, and still teaches GCSE maths today to Year 11.
