There are many free interactive resources online that allow you to change one variable at a time. The following are my go to sites.
Geogebra
Geogebra resources have lots of examples of animations that have variable controls that allow you to change just one thing. This frees up your time to think about the questions you can ask students.
Desmos Calculator
To create you own slider, simply add a letter as a variable and the slider is automatically created.
